We provide comprehensive digital solutions that enable healthcare providers transition from paper-based to digital health systems with a focus on improving patient care, healthcare access, and operational efficiency.

Role Description

To drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting business opportunities in the healthcare digital transformation market across Cameroon.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the management team to evaluate and execute the sales strategy.
2. Expand and manage the company’s client portfolio.
3. Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
4. Produce regular market analysis reports to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Work closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless deployment of the company’s solutions.
6. Advise on product development in response to market trends.
7. Deliver comprehensive sales performance reports.

Candidate profile

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Proven sales track record in B2B enterprise sales
• Good understanding of digital health technologies
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
• Fluency in English and French; local language proficiency is a significant advantage
• Resident and eligible to work in Cameroon.
