Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive the company’s growth by identifying, pursuing and converting business opportunities in the digital transformation of healthcare market in Cameroon.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the management team to assess and execute the sales strategy.
Develop and manage the company’s client portfolio.
Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with industry players.
Produce regular market analysis reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Work closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless deployment of the company’s solutions.
Advise on product development in response to market trends.
Provide comprehensive reporting on sales performance.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a similar role.
Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales
Good understanding of digital health technologies
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
Proficiency in English and French; proficiency in a local language is a significant advantage
