Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive the company’s growth by identifying, pursuing and converting business opportunities in the digital transformation of healthcare market in Cameroon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the management team to assess and execute the sales strategy.

  • Develop and manage the company’s client portfolio.

  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with industry players.

  • Produce regular market analysis reports to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless deployment of the company’s solutions.

  • Advise on product development in response to market trends.

  • Provide comprehensive reporting on sales performance.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar role.

  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales

  • Good understanding of digital health technologies

  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills

  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning

  • Proficiency in English and French; proficiency in a local language is a significant advantage
